In- Character Introduction
Hi, I'm Alice. I know you have much more important things to do, so I won't keep you waiting. You can go on your way.
Oh, what's this?
You want to stay?
Okay, well I guess while you're here, it seems fit I tell you a bit about myself. But not too much. I don't know if you're working for them.
I was raised in a small institution headed by a group of hideous creatures that never showed me their faces. They had light and feathery voices, but they hearts were colder than stone. Cold stone, that is. There's hot stone, too. 'Specially when you're barefoot. But that's off subject. Anyway, kidnapped from parents at four months, raised by evil monsters with cold hearts. Following me? Good.
So they began with teaching me things. They taught me everything, about distant planets and strange monsters and all other strange things you wouldn't believe. They told me of towering metropolises that fell in a matter of days, and monsters that can kill you in one blow. They told me that the four rooms I had come to know were the only things for lightyears around.
But they were lying. I didn't know that though. It was too late when I did. They had already grafted two 22-foot wings onto my back. They had already genetically and physically enhanced me. They turned me into a monster.
But I turned against them. I left them in the dust, and ran away. I ran and ran until my feet were bleeding. I ran until my heart hammered in my chest. I ran faster than I had ran before. When I stopped, I was here. That's about it. But there's this funny thing about my wings. Can't quite control them yet. Still a little bit fresh, I guess. But they'll be perfect for gliding and making safe landings.
So that's me. I guess you can hurry along on your way now. But if you want to stay, that means coming down the Rabbit Hole with me.
Out of Character Introduction
Hi, I'm Stella. I'm an avid reader, writer, actor, and dog lover. I do little more than roleplay in my free time. I also volunteer at a horse-riding camp, write poetry, ship 11/Amy like a mother, and various other cool things too sophisticated for your puny mind to comprehend.
JK. I'm cool once you get to know me. I'm a little crazy, and tend to tell an inappropriate joke from time to time. That's cool, I guess.
One question: Is there an application for your character, or do you kinda just jump in? I'm still fairly new to roleplay, so feel free to tell me what to do.
